Thirsty Empire ("the app") is a single-player tycoon game published by Joel Panchevre. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your information.
None that personally identifies you. Thirsty Empire does not require an account, login, email, or any personal information to play. We do not ask for your name, contact details, location, or device identifiers.
Your game progress (your run, score, and map layout) is saved locally on your device only, using on-device storage. It is never transmitted to us or any third party. Deleting the app removes this data.
The app contains no third-party advertising, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking. The app plays fully offline and does not transmit data to external servers.
With your permission, the app may send you a local reminder notification to return to the game. These are generated on your device; no data leaves your phone. You can disable them anytime in iOS Settings.
The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
